LAFASE® 600 XL

Liquid enzyme preparation, with a high concentration of polygalacturonase (PG> to 2500) activity and naturally low in cinnamyl esterase. 

  • Rapidly clarifies the most stubborn musts and wines.
  • Particularly well adapted for musts derived from grape varieties regarded as the most difficult to settle (Ugni Blanc, Melon, Gewurtzraminer, Pinot Gris…).
  • Improves pressing and helps clarify musts derived from thermal treatment (thermovinification or flash détente).
